In the same research, it was discovered that even those that use PCs wait for a page to load for a maximum of 5 seconds. This means your website loading should be as quick as lightning, else you won’t stand a chance.

Putting a contact information in a place that can easily be seen on your website will make users very happy. If you want to make them even happier, add as many ways to contact you as possible. This way, the users can choose which is most convenient for them.

While it is well and good to have your potential customers send you messages, it is even better to provide the information they need when they visit your website the first time. Having the complete information of product variations (sizes, color, etc.) available on the same page as the product will help you achieve this. For other concerns, you can create a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.

Just throwing content randomly won’t cut it. Make sure to get straight to the point. Users don’t really read every single word you put on your website, so the best way to deliver concise information is to employ the bulleted lists technique.

Make sure your website is shareable to allow users to share their experience with your company. This means you should add social media icons that will help them share content that caught their interest.

  1. Add Clear Call-to-Actions

Call-to-Action (CTA) encourages visitors to convert into leads. Because of this, experts highly recommend that web developers add clear CTAs in the most clickable places on every page. This will increase the chances that visitors will convert. Some of the examples of CTAs are phrases like “Click Here to Order,” “Download Now,” “Contact Us,” and “Get a Quote,” among others.
